Join us for the evening to hear from Louisa Scarr, Rachel Wolf & Heather Critchlow as they talk dogs, deathly deeds and dodgy crimes! There will be time for Questions, bookish chatter & signing. Hosted by the Tea Leaves & Reads Bookshop which will be open from 6pm for browsing, the main event will start in The Fairground Hall opposite at 7pm until around 9pm.

Books purchased in advance from Tea Leaves & Reads or on the night can be signed and dedicated by both Authors. Purchasing the three Authors latest books in advance will enable you to have the ticket price significantly discounted. You can also choose a one or two book ticket option and specify which books you would like at checkout. Should you wish to purchase more of the Authors titles, get in touch ahead of the event for a significant discount. Books can also be purchased on the night.

Louisa Scarr studied Psychology at the University of Southampton and has lived in and around the city ever since. She works as a freelance copywriter and editor, and when she’s not writing, she can be found pounding the streets in running shoes or swimming in muddy lakes.

Rachel Wolf is the author of the luxury thriller FIVE NIGHTS. Before writing, she worked in the travel industry, and FIVE NIGHTS takes inspiration from some of her travels.

Heather Critchlow grew up in rural Aberdeenshire and trained as a business journalist after studying history and social science at Cambridge university. Published by Canelo in May 2023, her debut novel Unsolved was shortlisted for the Bloody Scotland Debut Prize and is the first in a series about true crime podcaster Cal Lovett.

The Location

Tea Leaves & Reads is located at The Fairground in Weyhill, Hampshire.

The main event will be held at The Fairground Hall, opposite the bookshop. For accessibility queries please contact us or visit the village hall website.

Tickets

When you purchase a ticket you will receive an email receipt which will include your order number and name – these will be used to confirm entry to the event. Please keep this safe as this is your admission ticket on the day.

Parking & Travel 

Available parking on-site is free.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that there may be circumstances beyond our control that mean an Author cannot attend. In the unlikely event of full cancellation, Tea Leaves & Reads will initially transfer tickets to a new date. A refund will be given if an alternative date cannot be found.
