This book is EVERYTHING. Absolutely everything that we want to read in a romantic comedy. It has love, lust, escapism, humour and a great underlying story for the main characters.
One of the best bits was the dynamics between the main characters – they just worked. The setting of LA for the storyline was perfect too and really helped to make this feel like a Summer escape.
Flawed relationships, new relationships, relationships that have long since ended… there’s so much packed into this book including food, celebrities and… Disneyland! If that’s the happiest place on earth then this book is the warmest, safest, happiest book to dive into.
